Overview

RSM will having Admin and User, Admin task will be Add, Edit & remove Item, also print Reports and User configuration. The user or the Guest will select the needed items from the Menu and once her/she done will hit on button ORDER then it will send to Simphony System through the Interface and new check will be open in the Simphony system itself.

How the using will be working: –

– Launch Screen: –
A. Will be having Photo as Background which we can change it whenever needed.
B. The Application name should be displaying.
C. iPad Battery statues should be displaying.
D. Exclamation mark Icon (!) will be displaying some info (Text & Photo) which we can change to whenever needed.
E. Star sign Icon (*) for evaluation.
F. World Map Icon For Languages changes (English & Arabic).
G. Menu Item Icon and to be big and in the middle of the screen.

– Menu Screen: –
A. Will be having Photo as Background which we can change it whenever needed.
B. Back Button which will send us to the Launch Screen.
C. Cart Button to see the selected Items.
D. Serving Period Name such as Breakfast Menu.
E. Serving Period Time such as Served From 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
F. Rest of the screen will be displaying the Serving Period Menu and to be divided to categories such as Salads, so once I selected Salads all the salads types and prices for each will be showing here, and for example if I select Green Salad a new screen will be open showing the Green Salad details, contain, Add to Cart Button and add on items, so once done will use Back Button to send me to the previous screen.
G. Add Cart Button should be open a new screen which will having same items details, Quantity field, Note field, Price and Add to Cart Button.

H. Once I finish the items selection and the check ready to send to Simphony the user need to go to Cart Button and double check the items in case we need to delete some items, however once confirmed, the user will have to options to post the check Cash OR Room Charge, in case the user select Cash the Check will be sent to Simphony and message will appear saying the Check has been open successfully,
in case the user select Room Charge a new screen will be open to type the Room Number if the NOPOST is inactive then the check will be sent to Simphony and message will appear saying the Check has been open successfully with Room Number, if the NOPOST is Active then the message will be appearing saying that NOPOST is Active do you need to post the check by Cash Yes or No.
